Exclusive metal roofing leads for roofing contractors

HomeAnvil sells exclusive metal roofing leads: requests from homeowners who want a metal roof installed or repaired, sent first to one roofing company only, in the ZIP codes that company chooses. The homeowner answers questions about the home, the current roof and what they want from metal before we ask for a phone number.

What a HomeAnvil metal roofing lead is

A metal roofing lead is one homeowner's request for a price on a metal roof replacement or repair, from our own metal roofing quote form. It reaches you with:

  • the homeowner's name, phone, email and the address of the roof;
  • every answer they gave on the form (the full list is below);
  • the date and time they agreed to be contacted.

Each new lead goes to one contractor only, and nobody else is sent it while your exclusivity window runs (the window is written on your offer). We don't buy leads from other companies and pass them on.

What the homeowner answers before you get the lead

These are the questions our metal roofing quote form asks, in order, before it asks for an address and contact details. You get every answer with the lead.

A homeowner who picks an answer marked "ends the request" sees a short message and cannot go on, so no lead is sent.

We run ads for metal roofing, and open this form to homeowners, only once a contractor has signed up to buy its leads (the contractor page says the same of every trade).

Why metal buyers get their own form

A homeowner pricing a metal roof is usually weighing it against shingles, and is often paying more for a reason: a roof that lasts longer, handles storms and fire better or costs less to cool. The metal form asks which of those matters most, so your first call can start from the homeowner's own reason for choosing metal.

Metal costs more up front than asphalt shingles, and our homeowner guides say so plainly, with sourced prices: see what a metal roof costs and metal roofs vs. shingles.

How a lead reaches you

  1. A homeowner in your area asks for a quote. They answer the project questions, give their address and agree to be contacted.
  2. We send it to you by the delivery method we set up together on your onboarding call, and we send a test lead before any live ones.
  3. You call. The first company to reach a homeowner usually wins the job, so call the moment the lead arrives.
  4. You tell us what happened: reached, appointment set, sold. We use it to tune your ZIP codes and volume.

How pricing works

Price depends on the trade and your market. We quote your per-lead price on the call, in writing.

  • You pay per lead from a prepaid balance, charged for each lead your CRM accepts, and your card tops it up when it runs low.
  • You set a weekly cap, and you can pause any time.
  • We give you 30 days' written notice before your per-lead price goes up.
  • Report a wrong number or out-of-area lead within 14 days of delivery, unless your agreement says otherwise. Accepted returns are credited back.

How much roofing leads cost compares the ways roofers buy work, and the contractor page lists every lead we credit.

Frequently asked questions

Can we buy metal and shingle roofing leads together?

Yes. They are separate trades with separate forms, so you choose each one, with its own ZIP codes and weekly cap. See shingle roofing leads.

Are your metal roofing leads exclusive?

Yes, while your exclusivity window runs. Each new lead goes to one contractor only, at the fixed per-lead price in your agreement. After the window, a lead may be offered again to other buyers, under the terms the homeowner saw.

Is there a contract or minimum?

There is no contract term and no cancellation fee. You pay per lead from a prepaid balance, and you can pause or stop any time.

What areas do you cover?

Contractors in any part of the United States can apply, and we open ZIP codes one market at a time, where we run ads and a contractor covers the area. Tell us your ZIP codes and we'll confirm whether we can supply them.
