Contractors can answer qualification questions and follow a link to book a sales call on Cal.com. Selected trades, monthly revenue band and first-contact responsibility accompany the Cal.com booking and are saved as self-reported context on the HomeAnvil business and deal records for the sales conversation. Cal.com collects the booking details; HomeAnvil uses the contact details and booking information to arrange and follow up on the requested sales conversation. Ad-click identifiers may accompany the booking so we can identify its source. This notice does not describe a homeowner lead sale.

We measure which booking and quote questions are viewed and completed using a random identifier kept only for this page visit. This helps improve the form and distinguish calendar openings from confirmed bookings. Diagnostics contain no answers or contact details, use no cookies, and respect Global Privacy Control and advertising opt-out. HomeAnvil keeps its booking diagnostics for 30 days. We also send anonymous question milestones to PostHog in the United States for funnel reports; its free plan retains these events for one year. Staging tests and production visits are reported separately.
